Membership Application
There are three ways to apply to become a member of the GEDC:
1. You may register online by clicking "Register" at the top of the page.
2. You may download the Word version of the Application, and email it to Dr. Hans J. Hoyer, Executive Secretary of the GEDC, at h.hoyer[at]asee.org
3. You may print out the Application, and fax a copy to the Secretariat Office: +1 202.265.8504
Shortly after submitting your application, you should receive a confirmation of the receipt by email. If you have not received confirmation from the Secretariat Office after one week, please notify the Executive Secretary.

Conditions for Membership of Individual Representative from Institution:
a) A person in charge of an engineering college, school or faculty in a university. In an institution without a dean or equivalent engineering leader, your institution will be asked to designate a representative. or
b) A person in charge of an education institution of higher learning that is primarily focused on engineering education and research. or
c) A person in charge of an engineering deans' organization in a respective country and/or region.
The GEDC would prefer one representative from each institution. Should this representative's status change you will be required to inform the GEDC.
Note: Starting from October 2010, the GEDC has begun to charge annual membership fees. Please click here for a list of membership types and benefits. Membership in IFEES and/or ASEE is not required in order to become a member.
