On International Women’s Day, we proudly acknowledge the remarkable achievements and contributions of women worldwide; specially our IFEES and GEDC Female Community leaders, members, and colleagues.Initiatives such as the Rising to the Top, led by organizations like the International Federation of Engineering Education Societies (IFEES) and the Global Engineering Deans Council (GEDC), play a crucial role in advancing gender equality in engineering.
This initiative focuses on empowering and promoting women in engineering, providing them with the support and resources necessary to excel in their careers. As we celebrate the accomplishments of women in STEM, let us also recognize initiatives like Rising to the Top, RTTT – Webinar Series, and soon to come, RTTT – The Academy. Join us in continuing collaborating and supporting our women led or supported initiatives. Through these events we can continue to improve and work towards a future; where women in engineering not only break barriers but, rise to the pinnacle of their potential.
