Jennifer Bradford leads the learning and credentialing portfolio for Siemens Digital Industries Software’s Global Academic Program. Under Jennifer’s leadership the program has expanded around the twin pillars of open learning and microcredentialing, ensuring that learners and educators across the globe are able to access the resources they need to embrace a digital mindset. Jennifer also sits on the College-Industry Partnership Board of Directors for the American Society for Engineering Education.

Jennifer spent her early career as a programmer and quickly realized her passion was centered around the potential for technology to democratize the way people learn. She has worked with various technology, non-profit and academic institutions throughout her career, in both curricular and instructional design and executive leadership capacities, always with the goal of empowering people to learn and teach in the ways that best support their goals.

Jennifer received her BS in Psychology from the University of Missouri, her MS in Instructional Design and Technology from Fontbonne University and is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Advanced Management from Washington University’s Olin Business School.
