Martha Rubiano, Ingeniera Industrial de la Universidad Libre, Especialista en Gerencia de Calidad de Productos y Servicios, Master Science en Gestión de las Organizaciones, Universidad de Quebec, Canadá. Docente en la Especialización de Gerencia de Calidad de Productos y Servicios de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad, Directora del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad a nivel nacional de la Universidad Libre, alcanzando la certificación bajo la norma ISO 9001 a nivel nacional para la Universidad en el año 2006 y la recertificación en el año 2009, actualmente el sistema sigue operando en la universidad, posteriormente ejerció como Coordinadora de la Calidad para la región de la Orinoquía en Colombia, para la compañía Canadiense SNC LAVALIN, como parte de la Gerencia del proyecto San Fernando Monterrey de ECOPETROL cuyo alcance comprendió la construcción de un oleoducto de 30” en una longitud de 170 km y una estación de almacenamiento y bombeo de crudo y de nafta. Actualmente es la Decana de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Libre y forma parte del comité de Proyectos Conjuntos de Investigación y Desarrollo de Decanos de ingeniería a nivel de Latinoamérica.

Martha Rubiano, Industrial Engineer from the Libre University, Specialist in Quality Management of Products and Services, Master in Science in Management of Organizations, form de University of Quebec, Canada. Teacher in the Specialization of Management of Quality of Products and Services of the Faculty of Engineering at the University, Director of the System of Management of Quality at national level, reaching the certification under the norm ISO 9001 at national level for the University in 2006 and the recertified in 2009, the system is still operating at the university then she worked as a Quality Coordinator for the Orinoquía region in Colombia, for the Canadian company SNC LAVALIN, as part of the Project Management “San Fernando Monterrey of ECOPETROL” whose scope included the construction of a 30 “pipeline over a length of 170 km and a storage and pumping station for crude oil and naphtha”. She is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at the Libre University and she is part of the committee of Joint Projects of Research and Development of Engineering Deans in Latin America.
