David obtained his Master’s and Ph.D degrees in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from Covenant University in 2006 and 2011 respectively. Prior, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Federal University of Technology, Akure and Ekiti State University respectively. His research is focused on water quality modeling, water treatment, solid waste management, and environmental laws and management. As a researcher of international repute, David has several publications in highly rated journals and had also won some international grants and awards. David is a passionate teacher and he has supervised undergraduate student projects as well as Master;s and PhD theses. He was Director, Covenant University Consultancy Services in 2013; Sub-Dean, College of Engineering, 2015 – 2016; Director, Vice-Chancellor’s office, 2016 – 2018; and Dean, College of Engineering, 2018 – date.
