Dr Farook Sayyad is a Post Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and is currently working as Principal in Ajeenkya DY Patil School of Engineering, Lohegaon, Pune. With nearly two decades of teaching experience, he has authored books on Theory of Machine-I, Theory of Machine-II, Kinematics of Machinery, Manufacturing Processes,Dynamics of Machinery and Mechanical Vibration & Noise Engineering. He has published more than 35 books for various universities in India (SPPU, MU, GTU, UPTU, PTU, RGTU, BATU & SU). He has published several research papers in reputed national and international Journals and conferences. He has published many Patents in Intellectual Property India as well as Australia and Germany. He is also a member of various national bodies on technical education and also working as editorial board member and reviewer of various international journals.
