Prior to joining Saintgits College of Engineering in the year 2014, a senior Research Scientist at Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research in Kalpakkam, under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, an institution which he served for 38 years with distinction.
- Has vast international research experience. Carried out research in many prestigious international institutions such as the Hahn Meitner Nuclear Research Institute in Germany, Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute in South Korea, National Institute of Materials Science in Japan, Nagaoka University of Technology in Japan, and North Carolina State University in USA. Main research interests are in the development of advanced materials for nuclear applications, understanding their mechanical properties, performance and manufacturing processes.
