ACADEMICS & OUTREACH ACTIVITIES: 

• 01-year Industry and 29 Years of teaching experience. 
• Organized 16 conferences at different capacity. Organized 60+ workshops, Seminars and Training and all. 
• Guided 13 PhD scholars and guiding 08 more PhD scholars. 
• Worked as Nodal Officer (AISHE-MHRD Project),Twinning Arrangements (TEQIP-III), Member of Research Foundation of India. 
• Working as an Expert and Mentor for training AICTE, New Delhi. 
• Guided 300+ students for their project developments and got prizes as well. 
• Published 19 Indian patents; Out of these 03 Indian & 01 Australian patents granted. 
• Published 150+ technical papers at various international and national levels, out of these 50 papers published at SCI.Scopus and UGC approved journals. 

• Delivered 90 expert talks. Delivered Sessions on Academic leadership, NAAC, NBA, Project management, Classroom Management, Research Methodology, Research Ethics, Patenting, RF & Wireless communication, Microstrip Antennas, Antenna Measurements. 
• Guided various Institute/Universities for NBA & NAAC. 
• Served as Vice Chair of Antenna Propogation Society-Gujarat Section. 
• Serving Secretary of IETE Student Forum, IE (I) and Faculty adviser of IEEE & TSA students’ chapter. 
• Worked as Executive member of IETE-Ahmedabad Local Center. Worked as Vice Chair-IEEE Antenna Propogation Society-Ahmedabad. 

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Associate Dean of Degree Engineering (V V Nagar-Zone-3) since June-2024. 
• Founder Faculty Adviser of IE (I) EL Students’ Chapter since 2008. 
• Hostel Superintendent in between 2000-2015. 
• Sports I/C of various Game at BVM CC for Five years. 
• Cultural I/C at BVM CC for three years. 
• Professor In charge for the library for 5 years and Now also doing. 
• RTI officer since 2015 
• Associate Dean (Admin) since 2015. 
• IQAC Team member of BVM as Few Administrative officer vide letter no: F/2641 date 01/02/2021. 

HOBBIES: 

• Reading books, playing sports like Table-Tennis, Volley ball, Cricket and Badminton, 
• Singing Songs & Listening Ghazals. 

SPORTS ACHIEVEMENTS: 

• Two times Districts Runner up in Khel-Mahkumbh for Anand District in volleyball. 
• One time champion in College TT game for faculties. 
• Runners up in Sardar Cricket game at Anand District for Cricket. 
• Champion in CVM’s Faculty tournament for the tear 2011 in cricket tournament. I become Man of the match in semifinal

AIM:

Research is one of the key areas where the impetus is given nationally and internationally. It has plans to cultivate academic and research collaborations with national and international universities, government agencies and industries to meet needs of society and the industry.

R & D CELL:

The R & D cell comprises of faculty members from various departments in the Institution. This committee observes the smooth and efficient co-ordination of research and development activities in the Institution for overall growth.

A senior faculty heads this cell in the capacity of Dean, R & D, with the Convener and Co-convener to provide advisory support along with members: Single point of contact (SPOC) from every department. Each department has the department representative for R&D activity who monitor the R&D activities of the department.

FUNCTIONS OF THE R & D CELL:

The cell encourages students and faculty members of the college to carry out sponsored R & D projects, AICTE-MODROB projects and submit articles to peer-reviewed journals and conferences.

The R&D cell helps to establish linkages with industry and premier research organizations by signing MoU.

Testing and consultancy activities are also promoted by the R&D cell. The research& innovation by students and faculty mentors can be extended to patent and product development with the help of Government funding for incubation under Student Starting & Innovation Policy (SSIP2017). The SSIP cell has nomination of faculty members and students from all departments.
